Long-lip End Bracket Set: Fastening for Double Rod Mats (End Post)

Product description

This complete long-lip end bracket set is designed for attaching one double-rod fence panel to a 60mm diameter round post (as an end or starting post). The bracket features a long-lip design to clamp two vertical wires of the fence panel, ensuring straight alignment of the fence. The bracket simply slides over the post.

Contents of the Set

• 1 x Long lip end bracket.

• 1 x stainless steel bolt with locking washer and nut.

Material and Finish

• The brackets are hot-dip galvanised and powder coated as standard for years of durability.

• The fasteners consist of stainless steel bolts with washer and nut.

Required Number of End Brackets (per post)

• For fence heights of 60, 80, 100 and 120 cm , use 2 brackets per post.

  • Tip: A 3rd bracket is recommended for intensive use (childcare, schools, playgrounds, etc.).

• For heights of 140, 163 and 183 cm, use 3 brackets per post as standard.

• For heights of 203 and 223 cm, use 4 brackets per post as standard.

• For 243cm fencing , 5 brackets are used per post as standard.

Important Mounting Tip (Stainless Steel)

Stainless steel carriage bolts have a tendency to 'corrode' (cold weld) when tightened.

• Advice: Use a little special grease (if available) during mounting.

• Instructions: First tighten the locking bolts by hand when adjusting. Only tighten them completely when the fence is perfectly aligned and at the correct height.
